Tousaw and Order of the Tribunal, that the plan for redevelopment of the property located at 600 James Street North, Hamilton, Ontario and owned by a subsidiary company of Pinemount, into a 9 storey 55 unit multi-family residential building, contributes to the definition of ‘complete community’ and that all height, parking, and transition proposals made by Pinemount for the redevelopment of this property represents good planning in the public interest.
